dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the role of participatory leadership with the goals in achieving organizational effectiveness in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Corporation (SKTM), and also to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample individuals to the role of participatory leadership with the goals in achieving organizational effectiveness according to the study variables (gender, qualification) The study sample reached 31 individuals, and the questionnaire was used as the performance of the study and its data were processed by the SPSS statistical packages program to analyze the responses of community members, and the most important results were : - There is a statistically significant correlation between participatory leadership with goals and the level of organizational effectiveness in SKTM. - There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample individuals to the role of participatory leadership in achieving organizational effectiveness according to the study variables (academic qualification, priority of experience)EN_en
