دور حلقات الجودة في تعزيز ثقافة الجودة الشاملة دراسة حالة مؤسسة مخبر الاشغال العمومية لجنوب البلاد بغرداية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بمفهوو حلقات الجودة وآلية عملوا، اضافة الى الوسائل التي تعتمدها لحل المشكلات. كما تطرقنا كذلك الى ثقافة الجودة الشاملة، حيث تناولنا أهم المفهاهيم والمظاهر التي تميزها ، والدور الذي تلعبه ثقافة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين و تطوير المؤسسة. اضافة الى القيم الاساسية التي تبنى عليوا هذه الثقافة ثم حاولنا الربط بين حلقات الجودة وبين ثقافة الجودة الشاملة واستنتاج العلاقة التي تربط بينوا و كيفهية تأثير حلقات الجودة ودورها في ترسيخ ثقافة الجودة الشاملة ، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة والإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة فقد استخدمنا المنوج الوصفهي للحصول على البيانات المتعلقة بالجانب النظري، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الاعتماد فيه على المقابلة في مؤسسة مخبر الاشغال العمومية لجنوب البلاد بغرداية ، اضافة الى الوثائق المقدمة لنا من طرف المؤسسة محل الدراسة ، ودعمنا ذلك بالملاحظة والمعايشة المباشرة لاجواء العمل داخل المؤسسة قيد الدراسة وهذا لمدة شور كاملThe aim of this study is to introduce the concept of quality workshops and the mechanism of their work, in addition to the means adopted by quality workshops to solve problems. We also touched on the culture of quality and quality in a comprehensive manner, so we discussed the most important concepts and manifestations that characterize them, and the role played by the culture of total quality in the improvement and development of the institution. In addition to the basic values on which this culture was built and then we tried to link the quality rings and the culture of total quality and the conclusion of the relationship between them and how the impact of the quality rings and their role in the establishment of a culture of total quality, In order to achieve the objectives of this study and to answer the questions, we used the descriptive approach to obtain data on the theoretical side. The practical aspect was based on the interview, through several interviews with officials in the quality control and improvement department at the Public Works Detective Agency in the south of the country Ghardaia. To the basic and secondary data and documents submitted to us by the institution under study, and supported by observation and direct coexistence of the work environment within the institution under study for a full month.
