دور تطبيق إجراءات الأمن والسلامة المهنية في التقليل من إصابات العمل المهنية و انعكاساتها على أداء العاممين دارسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال فرع غرداية

Abstract

يهدف موضوع ىذه الدراسة الى ابراز مدى مساهمة تطبيق اجراءات الامن والسلامة المهنية في التقليل من إصابات العمل المهنية وانعكاساتها على أداء العاملين، من خلال الاىتمام بالمورد البشري وحمايتو من مختلف المخاطر والإصابات التي تواجهو في بيئة العمل وذلك بالسهر على تطبيق اجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية، وتقديم التوعية والتثقيف للعمال. ومن أجل معالجة ىذه الدراسة والتحكم فيها ميدانيا تم اختيار مؤسسة نفطال العاملة في توزيع وتسويق المواد البترولية فرع غرداية مكانا لإجراء دراسة حالة، وللإجابة على التساؤلات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على أدوات جمع البيانات وتمثلت في تصميم استمارة استبيان وتوزيعها على العينة المختارة، تم توزيع 50 استبيان واسترجاع 54 منها ولتحليل الاستبيان تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم بالإضافة الى المقابلة spss الاجتماعية من خلال الدراسة توصلنا الى النتائج التالية : أن المؤسسة تحرص على تشجيع العامل من خلال ضمان حمايتو وتوفير الأمن والسلامة لو مما ينعكس ايجابيا على ادائو كما يوجد فريق متخصص للأمن والسلامة المهنية داخل المؤسسةpurpose of this study is to highlight the relationship and impact between the application of workplace safety and protection measures on the reduction of workplace accidents and their impact on employee performance, by taking care of the human resource and protecting it from the various risks and injuries to which it is exposed in the workplace, then education for the workers. In order to meet the needs of this study and to control the terrain, the Naftal Foundation was selected to distribute and market the petroleum products in Ghardaia division the site of the field study. To answer the questions, the data collection tools were based on the creation and distribution of a questionnaire to the selected sample, 50 questionnaires were distributed and 45 were retrieved. In order to analyze the questionnaire, the statistical software package for the social sciences (SPSS) was used in addition to the interview.
