Abstract: The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between the fairness of the wage systems and the job satisfaction of the workers in the economic companies in the province of Ghardaia, where a presentation was presented on various concepts related to wage systems and their relation to job satisfaction. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical part, and the method of statistical analysis was applied in the practical aspect. After conducting the interviews, the development of the mass between the Algerian company for Pipes and the National Telecommunications Corporation of Algeria, Ghardaia branch. A questionnaire was added to the employees of the two institutions. Through statistical analysis using SPSS, the study found that wage systems contribute to improving the level of job satisfaction, and that there is a strong positive relationship between the fairness of wage systems and job satisfaction
