القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالأداء التنظيمي دراسة حالة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالأداء التنظيمي بجامعة غارداية كعينة الدراسة من خلال استعمال مجموعة من الأدوات تتمثل في الاستبيان، تم توزيعه على ستون ) 60 ( فرد من العينة، أسترجع منها ( 44 ) فرد لاستيفائها الشروط الموضوعية، ولتحليل تلك الاستبيان تمت الاستعانة ببرنامج spss إصدار 22 لتحليل نتائج الدراسة عبر أدواته المختلفة، معامل الثبات ألفاكرو نباح ، المتوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري....الخ، بالإضافة للاستبيان وإثراء للموضوع تمت الاستعانة بأدوات أخرى ثملت في الملاحظة. حيث خلصت تلك الأدوات إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباط إحصائية بين متغيري الدراسة لنستنتج أن للقيادة التحويلية لها علاقة بالأداء التنظيميThis study aims to identify the transformational leadership and their relationship to the organizational performance at Ghardaia’s university . As a sample of this study through the use of a set of tools represented in a questionnaire , Distributed to fifty persons of the sample ; of which forty of them were recovered for fulfillment of objective conditions. To analyze that questionnaire we did use the SPSS programmer version n 22 to determine the results of the study through its various tools: Alpha kronbach , Average arithmetic and standard deviation Etc……. In addition to the questionnaire and to enrich the subject, there are other tools have been used, such as observation . Finally , by using those tools we find that there is a statistical correlation relationship between the two study variables that we conclude , transformational leadership has a relationship to organizational performance.
