Abstract: Study Title: The degree of organizational trust and its impact on creative behavior from the point of view of department heads and their assistants at Ghardaia University The main purpose of the study: The aim of this study is to illustrat the impact of the degree of organizational trust on the creative behavior of the heads of departments and their assistants of Ghardaia s University The problematic: The main problem of this study is: what is the degree of organizational trust at Ghardaia University from the point of view of department heads and their assistants? And what is influence on their creative behavior? study population: the heads of departments and their assistants at Ghardaia s University, We did not use the sample method because their number is small and can be studied in full and easy Study Methodology and tools: the student used the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data of this study The most important results: - There is a degree of the confidence organization in the University of Ghardaia from the perspective of department heads and their assistants - There is a level of creative behavior of the heads of departments and their assistants at the University of Ghardaia - There is an impact of organizational confidence as a whole on creative behavior from the point of view of department heads and their assistants at the University of Ghardaia
