Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تسيير النفايات من )أنواع النفايات، وطرق عملية جمع النفايات، نظريات تسيير النفايات( في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى العاملين في مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير وحدة غرداية، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية العامة والتساؤلات واختبار الفرضيات المطروحة، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب التحليلي، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية، حيث كان مجتمع الدراسة مك ون من مجموعة من العاملين )إطارات ، وأعوان اداريين( البالغ عددهم ) 122 ( عامل، وشملت الدراسة ( 23 ( عامل، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها، أ ن هناك دور لتسيير النفايات وأن هناك اهتمام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة وذلك من خلال إجابات أفراد العي نة، كما تم إثبات الفرضيات أنه يوجد أثر لآليات واستراتيجيات تسيير النفايات في تجسيد قيم ومبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية . كما أثبتت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتسيير النفايات، تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية ا ولوظيفية للعاملين بالنسبة الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الأقدمية(، وعدم وجود ف ر وق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى العمر، طبيعة العملThe aim of this study was to identify the role of waste management (types of waste, waste collection methods, waste management theories) in enhancing the social responsibility of the employees of the National Bureau of Disinfection and Ghardaia Unit, by answering the general problem, The study was composed of a group of workers (frames and administrative assistants) of (122) workers, and the study included (23) workers, The study reached the results of Here, there is a role for the conduct of waste and that there is an interest in the institution of social responsibility through the answers to the sample, as has been proven hypothesis that there is the impact of the mechanisms and strategies of management of waste in the embodiment of the values and principles of social responsibility. The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in waste management, due to the personal and functional variables of the employees (gender, academic qualification, years of experience), and the absence of statistically significant differences due to (age, nature of work
