dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to highlight the role of strategic vigilance in improving the competitiveness of Algeria Telecom, and analyzing its external and internal environment, thus ensuring its survival and continuity in the market. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was based on the method of desk survey based on the books, journals and articles in the theoretical section of the study. The analytical method for the applied stratum was distributed 100 questionnaires. After the screening process, 74 questionnaires were retained, based on the statistical program SPSS and EXEL. The study showed that improving competitiveness stems from the extent to which the institution is familiar with its surroundings and determining its strategies.EN_en
