Abstract

Summary : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest messengers, our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. This research, entitled the provisions of civil protection in Islamic jurisprudence (an original study), Fbeh dealt with some of the issues dealing with civil servants and their servant judgments and financial transactions, has divided the research into an introduction and three topics and a conclusion. -The introduction: guaranteed by the care of the law of emergency circumstances, and talk about the Sunnah of God in the universe. As for the first topic, it included five demands: -I spoke first of all about the reality of civil protection in terms, language and meaning. -In the second: the emergence of civil protection in particular and in the third functions of civil protection and its agents, and in the fourth: the formation of civil protection agents and in the latter the organizational aspect of this body and its importance. -The second topic: the legal rooting of the work of civil protection and its evidence from the book and the Sunnah on three demands: the first in the legal rooting of the work of civil protection, the second rooting of some of the

functions of civil protection agents (rescue and firefighting), and in the end the legitimate purposes of the work of civil protection and the preservation of ourselves and members -The last section of the general provisions included six demands: the first in the jurisprudence provisions concerning medical and civil protection workers, the second in the rule of medical education and the work of civil protection, and the third provisions of worship related to civil protection workers, and the fourth implications of the work of civil protection. The fifth concerns the work of women in civil protection, and finally the importance of educating and educating generations about first aid work in civil protection. The conclusion mentioned the most important findings and recommendations.
