Abstract

Through this research, we presented a strongly suggested alternative to eliminate unemploy- ment, which is Zakat as one of the important tools that have proven its effectiveness and effec- tiveness in eliminating unemployment from its roots, as it is an important economic resource that works to redistribute wealth in a fair manner, and thus Zakat is considered one of the important pillars in supporting development The social system is within an integrated economic system, and the Zakat Fund is one of these means that reduce unemployment by supporting micro- projects that create jobs. The experience of Jordan, Kuwait and Malaysia is considered one of the pioneering experienc- es in this field, but it did not meet with great success in the state of Ghardaia and then it was fro- zen due to poor management.
