dc.description.abstract:ResearchSummary The researchisdealingwith the manifestations of the effectofepidemics on jurisprudentialrulingsrelated to the part of worship. It comesto show us to whatextentis the impact of theseinfectiousdiseases in theperforming of worships, and how the jurisprudential, fundamental, intentionalrules have an important role in extracting the fittingprovisions to the time of the epidemic, andthe time of distress and embarrassment. Noticeably, in thisthesis, itwasclear to us that the Sharia isbroad in itsrulings and obligations, and itdidnot come to harden people; and thisiswidelyapparentthrough the application of the followingrules :TheRule of: “hardshipbringsease”. The otheris: “necessities permit prohibitions; and the last one is“ :damage must beremoved”, as well as other essential rulesthatwehavepresented in the research. Also, whatwasobviousthatsomeacts of worshipmaybeinterrupted by the time of the epidemic, such as Hajj, and some of themchange in appearance, such as prayer, and the othersadhere to the abilityandcapability, such as fasting and funeralprayer.EN_en
