dc.description.abstractThis research, entitled "The jurisprudential rulings pertaining to Musalla's", aims to collect the jurisprudential arguments pertaining to Musalla's (spaces allocated for praying in Islam), and studying them jurisprudentially, in respect of the Islamic creed. The study is presented as an introductory chapter, talking about the definition of a Musalla as a place allocated for praying, its importance, types, and the difference from a mosque. Followed by two regular chapters., the first of which, focuses on the general jurisprudential rulings pertaining to Musalla's, presented in two parts. A first part about the jurisprudential rulings for allocating a Musalla. And a second part about the jurisprudential rulings for practising worshipping acts in a Musalla. Whereas, the second chapter was reserved for the jurisprudential rulings of specific Musalla's, dedicated for Eid, funeral and home prayers. The study came to results, among of which : - The difference between a mosque and a Musalla, is that a mosque requires the presennce of a combination of three conditions: endowment, constructability and public availablity.EN_en
