Abstract

This work is focused on the provisions relating to epidemics in Islamic jurisprudence, "The Covid-19 epidemic as model". This topic is linked to an emerging epidemic, considered one of the new calamities that have implications and case law decisions. They dealt with the most important provisions relating to epidemics in general and the Covid-19 epidemic in particular. In this context, it included an introductory study accompanied by three completeness subjects. In the introductory chapter, we mentioned the concept of epidemics, plagues and pandemics, and the differences between them, and the knowledge of the covid-19 epidemic by specifying some examples of epidemics that afflicted the humanity in the past and in the actual state. Then, a study in which I dealt with the most important thing of Covid -19 and provisions in ritual acts of worship, while the second chapter includes the most important provisions related to this epidemic in the transactions. The chapter three includes the most important provisions of crimes and penalties related to Covid-19 epidemic. It is followed by a study of the stakes of this research through a descriptive and analytical approach where the image of the question was presented and the subject of the dispute was disseminated. It mentions what the jurists said with the evidence and discussed it to find what the researchers preferred, while explaining the decisions of the Fatwa committees, Fiqh councils and Sharia bodies. Finally, the research was capped by the most important conclusions drawn from it, recommendations and an index of bibliographic sources and references.
