Research title Provisions for the use of impurities in Islamic jurisprudence. Search content: I spoke in it on the provisions for the use of impurities in Islamic jurisprudence, I touched upon it from most of its aspects, where I spoke in it about the concept of impurities, their types, the ruling on their removal, and ways to remove them or means of purification, and also spoke in it on the provisions of using impurities that were previously mentioned by the applicants, such as the use of dead parts And I also added what was new in this era, from what our later scholars dealt with, clarifying the controls and purposes related to this use, and focused on the Islamic Sharia opinion regarding the use of impurities and its fields, relying on the famous jurisprudential schools. The most important goals: Explanation of the ruling of God Almighty regarding the pervasive misfortune, of benefiting from some impurities in food and medicine, which illusions its ornament. The most important results: • The principle in purifying impurities is with absolute water, which is the remainder of its origin. • It is permissible to remove impurity with pure water, which is mixed with other pure substances such as soap and other sterilizers. This is the Hanafi school of thought, and the choice of Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, and among the contemporaries like Ibn Uthaymeen, may God have mercy on him. • The most correct of the sayings of the jurists is to say that semen is purified by combining the hadiths. • That the bones of the dead are unclean, and that life dissolves them, and this is what scientific researches testify to. • It is permissible to use materials mixed with impurity if the substance of the impurity becomes impossible and has been consumed. • Permissibility of using sewage water after complete purification.EN_en
