dc.description.abstractThis research’ topic dealt with a precised and important issue in Islamic jurisprudence field, which is the issue of the current Fatwa via channels and modern tools communication. Due to the importance of the Fatwa in people’s life, the research is to deal with the following problematic: What are the mechanisms of Fatwa through channels and modern tools of communication? Wat are its standars, its most important effects, and ways to control its negative effects? In order to answer this problematic, it was inevitable to clarify the reality of the Fatwa through channels and media, and the mechanisms of its running through many different tools of communication, and through artificial intelligence technology as a new fact that imposed challenges on the Fatwa field, the standars of the two parties to the Fatwa (The Mufti and the questioner) the standards of the use of communication tools between them, and induction important positive and negative effects. After answering this problematic, it is concluded that it is inevitable for the Fatwa to keep pace with developments in tools of communication and to invest them in a controlled way as a means to achieve the purpose of clarifying the legal provisions of issues and proving that Sharia is a flexible, valid and effective solution to the humanity’s happiness.EN_en
