Abstract: This paper tagged with: “Contradicting the Prophet, may God’s prayers and )p.b.u.h( , saying and his action - a fundamentalist applied study - has dealt with a fundamental part of the study related to the issues of contradiction and weighting, which is an issue that contradicts the saying and action of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and )p.b.u.h( . The study deals with the intended conflict between the words of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his action, in terms of its nature and the methods of its refutation. It also dealt with the reality of the contradiction between the hadiths of the Prophet, which included the sayings and actions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and it is known that the Sharia evidence does not contradict one another; rather it is contradictory according to what appears to the beholder in the evidence. This study has shown that the apparent contradiction between his saying, peace and blessings of )p.b.u.h( and his action, has conditions and reasons that must be fulfilled for its occurrence, and that the inconsistencies between his saying, peace and blessings of )p.b.u.h( , and his action are determined by multiple factors that affect the limitation of his images. And I concluded that the course of deflecting the contradiction between speech and action must be by combining them in a way that does not negate the significance of either one of them, and if the combination is not possible, this may lead to the fact that one of them is a copyist of the other, or that the act is specific to the Prophet and not the rest of the ummah. When looking at jurisprudential issues, collection is most often possible, and it is not said by abrogation or specificity unless there is clear evidence for them. And that it may be more likely to say about the act because there is evidence and other clues that support and strengthen it, and the action may be preferred because the evidence accompanying it made it stronger and more important. This study aimed to show that the sayings and actions of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and , do not contradict each other in reality and the truth of the matter, rather it is an ( h.u.b.p) apparent contradiction in the eyes of the beholder and the mind of the mujtahid only because the contradiction in the truth of the matter is one of the characteristics of deficiency and defect, and the Sharia is free from that
