dc.description.abstractThis humble studyisaddressing a religiousphenomenonthat has spreadrecently, whichis the phenomenon of leniency in the fatwa under the pretext of facilitation, whichMuslims have been afflicted , infestatedwith and has been increased in ourpresent time withflimsy arguments, which are more important thandebilitating phase, without a mental or scientificreason, whichcaused a lot of chaos whenissuing Fatwa, many of whichwereinappropriateaccording to Islamiclaw .This studyconludedthat the advisory fatwa shouldbeassigned to scholars , and to the specialistssuch as scientificadvisoryboards/ councils, alongwithresorting to consenus of scholars in new cases, and to block access to methods ;waysleading to the fatwa , contributing in facilitating to the leniency of Fatwa by people who are neitherspecializednorknown for theirleniency in issuingFatwa,Therefore, the innovatedhereswhomisunderstood the Islamiclaw (Sharia) purposessothat the Fatwa remainswithgreatvalaublethen Mufti standing in place of the Prophet Mohammed ‘Peace Be UponHim’ so as that the person , in thisstatus, would have that sort of strength and should not beworthy and easy on whatheisissusing as Ftawa to people as well as heshould not beembarrassed in neithertelling the truthnordisguisingit .EN_en
