Abstract

The heresy divorce is one of the most important topic that society always talks about it and its Important, it is proved in the Quran by naming one surah « ALTALAK » On comparison with the old generation we noticed that this phenomenon is grown more and more. The judgments about this issue is complicated because of the opinions that ore sometimes totally opposites to eachother This made people who divorce in q big confession which is related the life partner We chose this subject « the heresy divorce » and it is judgments to stop the argue and find solutions in this filed. I used the analytical induction approach based on the following plan:  The definition of the divorce and its judgments.  The explanation of the types of the divorce and the possibility of the comeback according to the « sunah ». All these steps to introduse the meaning of the " heresy divorse " and all the points related to it . The occurrence of the heresy divorce and its forbidden . The occurrence of the divorce with one word and the menstruation period which is the conflict period. The occurrence of heresy divorce in the menstruation period. *Taking in consideration the causes of the divorce. As a conclusion, I set an advice to stop or reduce it from society and fixed more rules and laws to let less .
