The issue of inheritance disputes between Shari'a and the law is one of the most important topics that a science student should be aware of as it relates to the material life of man. Therefore, the study included three sections and divided the topic into demands according to each topic. I started an introductory paper, which dealt with the definition of inheritance »and the definition of conflicts» and from the top statement of the status of inheritance in Islam. As long as the study is about inheritance disputes, it has to be linked to the legal aspect and its support and strengthening of the legal aspect; in the first section, it provided an introduction to the science of inheritance. In the second section I talked about the causes of the conflict; I talked about the legitimate violations and the weakness of religious motivation) followed by the cause of this dispute as the inheritor. In the third section, she talked about models of inheritance issues and ways of resolving legally and legally. Also, some applied models have been studied in this paper to consider: the extent of their achievement and service to resolve disputes over inheritance. The study concluded with a set of recommendations and findings of this study.EN_en
