dc.description.abstractthrough this study we are trying to find a answer to what are the Umum El Balwa and in what extend it can affect the rulings and what are the most contemporary soils of fasting , this research is divided into an introduction , two chapters and a conclusion. I dealt in the first chapter with Umum El Balwa and its effect in rulings and word related to the subject , and through this chapter I made linguistic definition of Umum El Balwa as use definition and the words related to Umum El Balwa and its effects in rulings as to be banned and become exempt , or to be dirty and excempt is granted for it, or an obligation to be not , or forbidden , in addition in the chapter and showed the terms which has linked to the subject like, spoils and contemporary." the second chapter was for showing contemporary spoils of fasting as model , the chapter has contained what come in the human body through the face like asthma spray, oxygen gas, anesthesia , toothpaste, mouth freshener, gastroscopy, nose , ear and eye drops and what come in the body through the skin, like muscle injection and , skin injection and intravenous injection, blood injection , dialysis , ointment and body oils , and what come in the human body through genital systems and anal way such as colposcopy and genital lotion and rectal medication . I end my research by the conclusion.EN_en
