dc.description.abstractJournalists are charged with dangerous tasks in the battlefields of war, and in areas of armed conflict, since the coverage of armed conflict oblige them to be present in areas of enmity or in areas of occupation, posing a threat to their physical safety and personal freedom. therefore the provisions of Islamic law and the rules of international humanitarian law imposed principles and mechanisms to protect this segment through which the parties to the armed conflict and all actors in the field to respect and seek to implement them, the journalist as a peaceful civilian person is not a part to the clash, what calls for protection against military attacks is Preceded to the provisions of Islamic law before the emergence of the so-called international humanitarian law .EN_en
