dc.description.abstract | This memorandum analysis the necessary legal means which make the taboo permissible. This necessity is regulated by law, so that no person can resort to the prohibited on grounds of necessity; also the study tried to answer the following main problem: What are the necessary controls that allow the violation of the Islamic ruling in the field of financial compensation? I have tried, through my studies, to identify what is necessary and to interview the scholars' opinions, and to mention all the evidence and sections that come under it. Then I mentioned the necessary rules, and limited them to the most important ones. In particular the financial provisions ,then I indicated in a side from uses of treatment in general and the financial reparation in particular with indicating lawful ruling and the effect of necessity in this, and this is with mention the opinions of scientists in applied issues and discussion it . Finally, the study concluded with some results and recommendations, among which recommendations for students of science and researchers; to expand and deepen the enforcement of necessity to developments that deal with the financial repayment . | EN_en |
