dc.description.abstractSheikh Dardir method in his book Aqrab al Masaalik of the Maliki Madhhab This study is conducted in order to show the way that the AllamahAl- Dardir in writing this book, which he extracted from the fruits of Mukhtasar Sheikh Khalil with the summary that does not affect the meanings and the precious additions that he added into its origin while depending only on the most correct sayings and many other; thus, his book came out to bebriefly jurisprudential, inclusive, dedicated, simplified and arranged on the doctrine of Imam Dar al-Hijrah Malik bin Anas may God have mercy on him. Hence, for its intellectual value,it was widely disseminated until it became one of the most important books adopted in the Maliki school, and in many other countries, it is presented even beforeits original Mukhtasar Khalil. Sheikh Dardir is considered as one of the most renowned scholars and imams in the twelfth century Hijri. Also, was one of the most important scholars who served the Maliki school with useful compositions indicating his imamate and his deep influence in various intellectual spheres, including Aqrab al Masaalik of the Maliki Madhhab which is the one intended to be studied.EN_en
