أثر الذاكرة التنظيمية على التشارك المعرفي -دارسة حالة جامعة غرداية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية الذاكرة التظيمية، وأثرها على التشارك المعرفي خاصة لدى عينة الدراسة. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع الاداريين جامعة غرداية باستطلاع أرائهم لاختبار مدى صحة الفرضيات من خلال استبانة الدراسة التي تضمنت مجموعة من الفقرات شملت محاور الدراسة، وزعت على عينة عشوائية متمثلة في 50 مفردة. كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة بالاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية التالية: الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، معاملات الارتباط، اختبار T-Test للعينة الواحدة، تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط، اختبار T-Test للعينات المستقلة، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي. ولقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - يوجد مستوى من الذاكرة التقنية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05). - لا يوجد مستوى من الذاكرة الادارية والذاكرة الثقافية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05). - وجود أثر معنوي للذاكرة التقنية على التشارك المعرفي(α ≤ 0.05). - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التشارك المعرفي تُعزى لمتغير العمر بينما، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التشارك المعرفي لأفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لكل من متغير: الجنس ، سنوات الخدمة المؤهل العلمي والوظيفة عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05 The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the perception of employees organizational Memory and Knowledge sharing in the ghardaia University, it aims to emphasize the importance of the organizational Memory dimensions to support the organizational Memory, especially for the sample of the study. The study targeted all the employees of the Association in order to explore their opinions to test the validity of the hypotheses. The questionnaire, devised for the study, includes a set of paragraphs which contain the main themes, is distributed to a random sample. It was distributed to a random sample of 50 individuals. The statistical program SPSS is used to test the hypotheses using the following statistical methods: the mean, the standard deviation, correlation coefficients, One sample t test, simple linear regression analysis, T-Test for independent samples, analysis of unilateral variance tests. The most important findings of the study are as follows: - There are degree of Technical memory at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) - there are no statistical degree of cultural memory, and managerial memory at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) -There is a significant impact between Technical memory in the Knowledge sharing. - There are statistical differences in the views of respondents towards Knowledge sharing of the study attributed to age. However, there are no statistical differences in the views of respondents towards all the study areas attributed to, gender, Years of service ,qualification, function
