dc.description.abstract | This topic dealt with the subject of the provisions of the benefits of the deceased after his death; where the problematic was represented in: What is the rule of the use of the dead from the pursuit of life in the acts of worship that did not lead to their lives? In order to answer this problem, this research was divided into the following statements: The study was preceded by a preliminary request to clarify the terms related to the research and to commend it in the first section.
