Abstract: Thank God for the blessing of faith and the honor of Islam. May mercy, peace saluations be upon the most virtuous of all creatures the Prophet Mohammed Ben Andullah his family and companions. But after, This Graduation Note for Master degree in Islamic Sciences, entitled "The rules and principles of Fiqh extracted from book of Fiqh Laws.of Al-Imam Ibn Juzay "Abadat model" This research dealt with the section of worship and based on the following problematic: What are the most important principles and rules of included in the book of Fiqh Laws through the section of worship of Al-Imam Ibn Juzay Al-Maliki ? To answer the problematic, research is divided into an introduction, four topics and a conclusion.The first topic dealt with the Translation of Al-Imam Ibn Juzay and his book entitled " The Disciplines and Rules of Fiqh through the section of worship of Al- Imam Ibn Juzay Al-Maliki . The second topic dealt with the Science of the principles and Rules of Fiqh in terms concept and the differences between it and similar sciences. The third and fourth topics contained the statement of the principles and rules of Fiqh adapted by Al- Imam Ibn Juzay through his Book entitled " The Laws of Fiqh in the section Worship." Finally, the conclusion included the most important results reached with such suggestions and recommendations.
