dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to tackle the issues that related to offspring intent and with a large presentation of the intent of offspring and searching between the folds of books of jurisprudence, but it is still new in presenting it in Elmaqassid side. So, the research was entitled the preventive rules for birth and offspring conservation. The problematic was as follows: what are the preventive rules of the intent of offspring protection and the method of its application. Also, how we can clear for people the rule to benefit from it. To clarify for them the legislation this is completely different from the humanistic thought. To answer such kind of question: the research deals with the concept of prevention and the legislative objectives of the offspring protection in Islamic science, in term of existence and no existence. In addition to that, the research deals with what has relation with offspring protection and the premarital medical diagnosis and its importance in offspring protection. As well as, it deals with the issue of abortion effect on offspring. The researcher concluded that: it is necessary to preserve the destination of offspring by legal marriage and that Islam rejects the ideas of birth limit and recommend on the right offspring because that’s what our prophet was proud of (peace be upon him).
