The donation contract is to title money or a given interest without compensation while still in life It consists of three pillars. First pillar: approbation which is done upon an acceptance of the offer, the ownership of the donation object as well as the form. The approbation should be the will of two eligible parties whose will is free defect Second pillar: the object of donation: should be a personal property ,assessable and can be dealt with. The third pillar is the reason behind this very contract which should be legal. Sharing the owner's inheritance while still in life is deemed a donation if the pillars of the donation are available otherwise it is deemed as just a will for the heir.EN_en
