أثر تغيرات الأسعار على ربحية النشاط المقاولاتي من وجهة نظر عينة من المقاولين بالمنيعة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى تأثير تغيرات الأسعار على ربحية النشاط المقاولاتي،حيث أن الإقبال على الصفقات العمومية و تنفيذ المشروعات يدل على تحقيق ربحية من مزاولة هذا النشاط،و تمت هذه الدراسة من خلال دراسة علاقة دراسة الجدوى بالمشاركة في الصفقات الع مومية في مثل هذه الظروف،و أيضا معرفة العلاقة بين شكل المقاولة و المشاركة في الصفقات العمومية،وقد استخدمنا في دراستنا هذه المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، أما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي فقد إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي،و اعتمادا على الإستبيا ن تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية للظاهرة من وجهة نظر عينة من المقاولين بالمنيعة،تتكون هذه العينة من 34 مقاولة و ذلك بتوزيع إستمارة إستبيان على أفراد العينة لجمع البيانات،التي تم تحليلها عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية Spss v26 ،و كذا برنامج المجدول Excel و كذا برنامج APSS المعالج العربي في الإحصاء الإجتماعي،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج تتمثل أهمها أ ن هناك علاقة طردية بين شكل المقاولة و القدرة على المنافسة و البقاء على نفس الرتم من المشاركة في الصفقات العمومية،كما أ ن دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية و الخبرة تساهم بشكل كبير في تفادي توقف النشاط،كما توصلنا أن الأسعار عامل محدد للمشاركة في الصفقات العمومية This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of price changes on the profitability of the contracting activity, as the demand for public deals and the implementation of projects indicates the achievement of profitability from practicing this activity. conditions, as well as knowing the relationship between the form of enterprise and participation in public procurement, In our study, we used this descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect, as for the practical aspect, we relied on the descriptive correlative approach, and based on the questionnaire, a field study of the phenomenon was carried out from the point of view of a sample of contractors in the impenetrable The sample was analyzed by means of the statistical package for social sciences Spss v26, as well as the Excel spreadsheet program, as well as the Arab processor APSS program in social statistics. The study reached results, the most important of which is that there is a direct relationship between the form of contracting and the ability to compete and maintain the same rate of participation in public deals.
