إدارة الصراع ودورها في التقليل من ضغوطات العمل في المنظمة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلی التعرف على إدارة الصراع ودورها في التقليل ضغوطات العمل في جامعة غرداية و المحاولة في تخفيف من ضغوطات اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وعلى الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة لجع البيانات ه الجامعة كلية العلوم الإقتصادية و التجارية ،علوم التسيير و ، وكان مجتمع الدراسة الدي قد اعتمد لجمع البيا شملت عينة الدراسة على 50 عينة من كافة اصناف الجامعة من اساتدة و دكاترة و رؤساء أقسام ،وقد أظهرت الد راسة العديد من النتائج منها وجود درجة ممارسة مرتفعة ف إستراتجيات إدارة الصراع لدي العينة، كما أضهرت الدراسة أيضا ثير إدارة الصراع على ضغوط العمل . 􀏦 ثير ضغوط العمل علاقة العينة فيما بينها ، وان هناك تباين في 􀏦 وجود وحزمة البرامج الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ،( Excel) ستخدام أساليب الاحصاء الوصفي 􀊪 ت 􀊭 تمت مع)This study aims to identify conflict management and its role in reducing work pressures at the University of Ghardaia and to try to alleviate work pressures. In this study we adopted the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a study tool to collect data، and the study community that the university adopted was the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Commercial، management sciences، and the study sample included 50 samples from all classes of the university from professors، doctors and heads of departments، and the study showed many results، including the presence of a high degree of practice in conflict management strategies in the sample، and the study also showed the presence of the influence of work stress relationship The sample is among them، and that there is a variation in the impact of conflict management on work pressures. Data were processed using descriptive statistical methods (Excel)، and the Statistical Software Package for Social Sciences (spss).
