Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور تكوين وتحسين أداء العاملين في مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في عمال مؤسسة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE وتكمن اشكالية بحثنا في مدى أهمية التكوين في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة حيث اعتمدنا في موضوع بحثنا للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات عن طريقة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وكذلك استخدام الحزمة الاحصائية لمعالجة المعطيات المجمعة عن عينة الدراسة بواسطة برنامج SPSS . ان عملية تقييم الأداء دور كبير ومهم في المؤسسة فهي تمكننا من معرفة النقائص ومن ثم العمل على ايجاد حلول لتحسين أداء العامل وضمان السير الجيد والحسن للمؤسسة وبقائها في السوق. توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن تكوين ينمي قدرات ومهارات العامل وبالتالي تحسين أداءه وتبين أن هناك اهتمام This study aims to know the role of training and improve the performance of workers in the study community represented by the ALFAPIPE Pipe Foundation. The problematic of our research lies in the extent of the importance of training in improving the performance of the employees in the organization. The study is by SPSS program and to verify the validity of the hypotheses . The performance evaluation process has a big and important role in the organization, as it enables us to know the deficiencies and then work to find solutions to improve the performance of the worker and ensure the good and good functioning of the institution and its survival in the market. In the end, we concluded that training develops the capabilities and skills of the worker and thus improves his performance. It was found that there is a great interest in training on the part of employees.
