Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة و تحليل و التعرف على دور العمل الجماعي في تكوين راس المال الاجتماعي في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز " سونلغاز" غرداية، مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و معتمدين على مصادر أولية، وأخرى ثانوية في الدراسة، من خلال الكتب و المجلات و الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة وقد تم تصميم استبيانة قسمت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 57 موظفا يشغلون مناصب مختلفة في مؤسسة وبعد تحليل الاستبيان عن طريق البرنامج 20 spss فتم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : هناك تطبيق العمل الجماعي في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز " سونلغاز" غرداية ، و أظهرت النتائج بأنه يوجد تأثير العمل الجماعي على تكوين راس المال الاجتماعي في المؤسسة , و كذلك This study aims to discuss and analyze and identify a Role of the Collective work in forming social capital in the Corporation Electricity and gas distribution Ghardaia. Using analytical curriculum ،relying on primary and secondary sources in the study ،through previous books ،journals and studies in this field for achieve the objectives of the study ،as well as the questionnaire was designed and divided into a random sample of 57 employees holding different positions in the Corporation ،and After analyzing the replies of the samples through the SPSS program ،a number of results have been obtained: There is to implement Collective work in the establishment of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation "Sonelgaz", Ghardaia, and The results showed that there is an impact of Collective work on the formation of social capital in the institution, so The collective factor increases and improves the quality of individual and group performanceالعمل الجماعي يزيد ويحسن من جودة اداء الفرد والجماعة
