مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء محافظي الحسابات في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء محافظي الحسابات في الجزائر، وتحديدا في مكاتب التدقيق بولاية ورقلة، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي باعتباره الأنسب للإجابة على إشكاليتها التي تتمحور أساسا حول معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء محافظي الحسابات في ولاية ورقلة. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة، حيث تم توزيع 50 استمارة ورقيا والكترونيا على عينة الدراسة المكونة من محافظي الحسابات والخبراء المحاسبيين، وبعد عملية الفرز SPSS والتبويب تم الإبقاء على 35 استبانة صالحة للد راسة والتحليل، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية 26 لإجراء التحليل الإحصائي المناسب لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة والوصول إلى الهدف المطلوب. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات تأثير في تحسن أداء محافظي الحسابات في شقه المتعلق بمراقبة النظام المحاسبي ونظام الضبط الداخلي، وكذا المعلومة المالية، ولتكنولوجيا المعلومات الأثر أيضا في تحسن أداء محافظي الحسابات من حيث تدقيق الالتزام بالقوانين والأوامر الداخلية والنظم الخارجية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز إدراك محافظي الحسابات بأهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في عملية التدقيق ودورها في الحصول على أدلة ذات جودة عالية.This study aimed to hilight the contribution of information's technology to improve account keepers’ performance in Algeria especially in audit offices in Ouragla ‘s willaya which the descriptive and analytical method used as the most appropriate answer to its problems that mainly revolves around the knowledge of the impact of information technology to develop the performance of account keeper in willaya of Ouargla.The study too was the questionnaire,which distrubuted 50 papers as form of electrinic to account keepers and accouting experts as sample of study.After the sorting process ,we have been kept 35 questionnaire as a sample of analysis and study,we used statistical packages program for social sciences SPSS to conduct the appropriate statistical analysis and choosing the hypotheses of the study and reach the desired goal.This study reached a set of results,the most important of them are,the use of information technology has important role on the improving the performance of account keepers related to the control of accounting and internal countrol system in addition to financial information,also it helps them for checking compliance with laws ,internal orders and external system,then it plays important role on the audit process for high qualiy guides.
