dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at revealing the actually increasing role of "organization creativity" Considered as an advantage for competitiveness among economic institution through Fixing relation effect between dimensions of "organization creativity" such as: Fluency, originality, flexibility, anti-problem sensibility, analyses-ability, risk and Competitiveness. We relied on the descriptive method for the study and gathered all information through opinion data sheets given to a community of 35 workers for "Algeria telecom in GHARDAIA". This community includes technicians and officers.30 out of 35 which is nearly %85,71 Out of data sheets were closely treated by workers and restored to us. We analyzed them through statistical analyses system SPSS. One of the most important results reached through the study is that not all dimensions of organizational creativity are available in the ALGERIAN TELECOM ORGANIZATION in the wilaya of Ghardaia under study, and there is a relationship between organizational creativity and competitive advantage in the institution. The most important thing recommended by the study is to focus on organizational creativity and its enhancement within the institution.EN_en
