Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة ابراز الدور الجلي لمراحل تتبع و تسيير المشاريع الاستثمارية من اجل إنجازها وفق المخططات من ناحية الوقت و كذا التمويل بغرض الاستفادة المثلى من هذه المخصصات المالية الاستثمارية المقرر إنجازها حيث اعتمدنا على الجانب الوصفي بالنسبة للجانب النظري و دراسة حاله في الجانب التطبيقي في فرع شركة كهرباء و الطاقات المتجددة التابعة للشركة الام سونلغاز حيث تم اعتماد مجريات الدراسة بناءا على تحليل مضمون معلومات جمعت جراء مقابلات مع العمال المكلفين بالموضوع حيث و من خلال المراقبة و الملاحظات تمكن من معايشه كيفية تسيير مشروع ذو تكلفه عاليه و اثار اقتصادية و اجتماعية و بيئية على البلد و بالاخص المناطق المعزولة الجنوبية و أيضا كيفية اتخاذ القرارات من اجل التحكم الجيد في انجاز المشاريع من اهداف مسطرة و اجل لاستغلال هذه المخصصات الاستثمارية في وقتها و بفاعلية We aim through this study to highlight the clear role of the stages of tracking and managing investment projects in order to complete them according to the plans in terms of time, as well as financing in order to make optimal use of these investment financial allocations to be accomplished. We relied on the descriptive aspect for the theoretical aspect and a case study in the practical aspect in Branch of Electricity and Renewable Energy Company of the parent company Sonelgaz The course of the study was adopted based on an analysis of the content of the information collected as a result of interviews with the workers in charge of the subject, where, through observation and observations, he was able to witness how to run a project with high costs and economic, social and environmental impactsAlso, how to make decisions for good control of project delivery from established objectives and for the timely and effective utilization of these investment allocations
