أثر البيئة المادية للخدمات الصحية على رضا الزبون دراسة حالة عيادة الواحات بولاية غرداية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى أثرالبئة المادية للخدمات الصحية على رضا الزبون حيث كانت الدرسة الميدانية في مؤسسة عيادة الوحات بولاية غرداية ، وتم الاعتماد على استبانة مصممة لجميع البيانات وذلك بإختيار عينة عشوائية من زبائن عيادة الواحات مكونة من 80 مفردة حيث تم استخدام عدة أساليب إحصائية منها معامل بيرسون لقياس العلاقة وقوة الارتباط بين متغيرات الدراسية واختيار t- test ومنه التوصل إلى انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في اجابة المبحوثين نحو البيئة المادية للعيادة وتاثيرها على رضا الزبون تعزي لمتغيرات ( الجنس ، السن ، المستوى الدراسي ، الدخل الشهري ) وانه يوجد أثر إيجابي وعلاقة ارتباط طردية وقوية بين هذا المتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع للدراسة The current study aimed to find out the extent of the impact of the physical environment of health services on customer satisfaction, where the field study at the Oases Clinic Foundation in Ghardaia, and was based on a questionnaire designed to collect data by selecting a random sample of oases clinic customers consisting of 80 individuals, where several statistical methods were used, including the Pearson coefficient to measure the relationship and the strength of the link between study variables and test (t-test) and from which we found no significant differences in the answer of the researchers towards the environment. The physicality of the clinic and its impact on customer satisfaction are attributable to variables (sex, age, school level, job, monthly income) and that there is a positive effect and a strong and direct correlation between this independent and variable variable of the study
