Abstract

تعاجل هذه الدراسة موضوع الاعتماد الايجاري بالتمليك و الذي يعترب تقنية حديثة نسبيا لتمويل املؤسسات ومدى تطبيقه في بنك الربكة الاسلامي، و ميكننا تصنيفه ضمن صيغ التمويل املتوسطة و الطويلة املدى. من أجل ذلك، قمنا بتقسيم هذه الدراسة إىل فصلني، إذ حاولنا يف الفصل األول منها اإلملام بكافة املفاهيم املتعلقة باملوضوع، أما الفصل الثاين فتمثل يف دراسة ميدانية، هبدف معرفة متابعة دراسة صيغة االعتماد االجياري املنتهي بالتمليك يف البنك، واعتمدت الدراسة على املنهج III الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة احلالة. و توصلنا اىل أن البنك استطاع التوفيق بني أحكام الشريعة االسالمية بصفته بنك اسالمي و بني القوانين المصرفية الجزائريةذ This study addresses the subject of the uttermost rental reliance which is a relatively considered as a recent technique for financing the foundations and to what extent is it applied in Baraka Islamic Bank, as we would classify it within the medium and long term financing formulas. For that, we have divided the study into two chapters, in the first chapter, we have tried to be familiar with all the concepts relating to the topic. In the second chapter , it has been represented in the field of study, for the sake of knowing further studying of the uttermost reliance rental formulas in the Bank, and we have adopted the analytical descriptive approach in the case study as well as we have concluded that the Bank could compromise between Islamic provisions since it is considered as an islamic bank and between the Algerian banking laws.
