دور التعلیم المحاسبي في تطویر مھنة المحاسبة بالجزائر - دراسة لعینة من الأكادیمیین والممارسین لمھنة المحاسبية بولاية غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه التعليم المحاسبي في تطوير مهنة المحاسبة بالجزائرته دراسة عينة من أساتذة أكادميين و ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة والتدقيق بولاية غرداية، ، و قد إعتمدت الدراسة على إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات ، وقد تم تصميمه بعد عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين, وقد تم توزيع 39 إستبيان على ا تمع المستهدف وهو 50 مفردة ، كما أظهرت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من التعليم المحاسبي وتطوير مهنة المحاسبة ، و قد خلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها، أن الجامعات الجزائرية وبرامج التكوين ا في مجال المحاسبة والمالية يرقى إلى مستوى جد مقبول في تزويد الطالب بالمهارات والمعارف التي يتطلبها الجانب المهني ، إلا أن هذا الأمر يتطلب تدعيمه بتربصات ميدانية من جهات متخصصة ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى تقديم مقترحات وتوصيات أهمها، ضرورة التدريب المستمر للممارسن لمهنة المحاسبة سواء الأكادميين أو المهنيين قصد التماشي مع المتطلبات العصرية والتغيرات التي تحدث على الساحة الإقتصادية، وضرورة تعزيز المفاهيم الأخلاقية والمهنية في البرامج التكوينية لمهنة المحاسبة .This study aims to identify the role that accounting education plays in developing the accounting profession in Algeria, studying a sample of academic professors and practitioners of the profession of accounting and auditing in the state of Ghardaia, and the study relied on the use of the questionnaire as a tool to collect information, and it was designed after presenting it to a group of Arbitrators, 39 questionnaires were distributed to the target community, which is 50 items, and the study also showed that there is a positive relationship with statistical significance between each of the accounting education and the development of the accounting profession, and the study concluded for a number of results, the most important of which is that Algerian universities and their training programs in the field of Accounting and Finance rises to a very acceptable level in providing the student with the skills and knowledge required by the professional side, but this matter requires supporting it with field training from specialized agencies, and the study has also made proposals and recommendations, the most important of which is the need for continuous training of practitioners of the accounting profession, whether academics or professionals, in order to match With modern requirements and changes occurring in the economic arena, and the need to enhance ethical and professional concepts in the training programs for the accounting profession
