Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة باستخدام النماذج الكمية للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي، وكذلك التعرف على كيفية تطبيق ادوات التنبؤ بالفشل وذلك انطاقا من المؤشرات المالية المتحصل عليها بعد تحليل القوائم المالية لشركة سوناطراك ومجمع صيدال والتي تسمح لنا بالحكم على الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة فاشلة أم سليمة . من خلال دراسة التطبيقية على شركة سوناطراك ومجمع صيدال، وبهدف معالجة موضوع الدراسة قمنا بالاعتماد على منهجين، المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمتعلق بالإطار النظري لتقييم الأداء المالي والفشل المالي وذلك من خلال عرض الإطار النظري للمفهومين والتطرق الى أسباب الفشل المالي، واستخدم المنهج الاستقرائي في الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة وذلك فيما يخص دراسة القوائم المالية لشركة سوناطراك باستخدام كل من نموذج Altman و Kida وذلك بعد تحليل الميزانية وجدول حسابات النتائج لاستخراج مؤشرات النماذج والتوصل الى قيم متغيرات النماذج الكمية، ومن ثم تم تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها للحكم على وضعية المؤسسة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان أبرزها أن شركة سوناطراك مهددة بخطر الإفلاس إذا استمر المؤشرات على نفس المنوال، وأيضا على ضوء القوائم المالية لمجمع صيدال تم التوصل إلى قيم تشير أن المؤسسة لم تستطع التنبؤ بوضعية المؤسسة أما النماذج الأخرى والنسب المالية توصلت إلى أن المؤسسة في وضعية مالية جيدة The study aims to assess the financial performance of a business entity by applying quantitative models to predict the financial failure, it also helps identifying how to employ failure prediction tools based on the financial indicators obtained after analyzing the financial lists of Sonatrach and Siadal Group which allows us to judge the financial position of the business entity, failed or healthy. Through the applied study carried out on Sonatrach and Siadal groups in an attempt to address the subject study, two distinct approaches have been considered. Descriptive approach in the theoretical side related to the theoretical framework to assess the financial performance and failure and that is through presenting the theoretical framework of the two concepts and addressing the the root causes of the financial failure, and the use of inductive approach in the practical side of the study where it specify studying the financial statements of the Sonatrach group by using two models Altman and Kida and this is after analyzing the balance and chart of accounts results to withdraw the models indicators and determine the variables figures of the quantitative models and therefore analyzing and interpret the findings to evaluate the business entity financial position. The study had came with several results which most important that Sonatrach is at risk of bankruptcy if indicators stand at the same level, also in light of financial statements of Siadal Group it finds numbers that indicate that the group had been unable to predict their financial position while the other models and the financial ratios finds the group is financially in a good shape
