Abstract: The purpose of This study is to determine the relationship between the perception of employees Lean Management and Enhancing employees Performance in Ghardaia- Sonelgaz.it aims to emphasize the importance of Lean Management dimensions to support the’ Performance, especially for the sample of the study. The study targeted all the employées of the company in order to explore their opinions to test the validity of the hypotheses. The questionnaire, devised for the study, includes a three of paragraphs, which contain the main themes, is distributed to a random sample. The researcher used 38 questionnaire copies. The statistical program SPSS is used to test the hypotheses using the following statistical methods: the mean, the standard deviation and coefficient of variation, correlation coefficients, one sample t test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-Test for independent samples. The most important findings of the study are as follows: - There are degree of organizing workplace factors at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05). There are no degree of multifunctional employees, standard work, sixsigma, continuous improvement, factors at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05). There is a significant impact between organizing workplace on the employees performance. There is a no significant effect between factors such as multifunctional employees, standard work, sixsigma, and continuous improvement and employees performance - There are no statistical differences in the views of respondents towards performance of the study attributed to qualification, gender, age, Years of work experience, Job title.
