أثر تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية على الاستقرار الوظيفي دراسة حالة مديرية الحماية المدنية بولاية غرداية -فرع العطف-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية على الاستقرار الوظيفي خاصة لدى عينة الدراسة. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع العاملين مديرية الحماية المدنية بولاية غرداية -فرع العطف- باستطلاع أراءهم لاختبار مدى صحة فرضيات من خلال استبانة الدراسة التي تضمنت مجموعة من الفقرات شملت محاور الدراسة، وزعت على عينة عشوائية وقد تم توزيع 60 استبانة على عينة الدراسة تم إسترجاع 56 إستبيان صالح للدراسة. تم إستخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS نسخة 20 وهذا نظرا لملائمته لمثل هذه الدراسة، ومحاولة الحصول على نتائج دقيقة قدر الإمكان وإستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: إختبار التوزيع الطبيعي (إختبار كولمجروف- سمرنوف 1- sample K-S)، معامل ألفا كرونباخ والتوزيع الطبيعي، التكرارات والنسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية، معامل إرتباط بيرسون، الإنحدار، إختبارOne Way Anova، تم إختبار الفرضيات عند مستوى معنوية 0.05. ولقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:  وجود علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجراءات السلامة المهنية والإستقرار الوظيفي في مديرية الحماية المدنية –فرع العطف- لولاية غارداية  وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لمدى إلتزام إدارة المديرية بتطبيق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية على الإستقرار الوظيفي.  وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لمدى إلتزام المديرية بتوفير وسائل السلامة والصحة المهنية على الإستقرار الوظيفي.  وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لتدريب العاملين بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهني على الإستقرار الوظيفي.  لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات الإجابات لأفراد العينة حول تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية ومستوى إستقرار الوظيفي في مديرية الحماية المدنية –فرع العطف- لولاية غارداية تعزى لمتغير المستوى الوظيفي.  لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات الإجابات لأفراد العينة حول تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية ومستوى إستقرار الوظيفي في مديرية الحماية المدنية –فرع العطف- لولاية غارداية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the importance of applying occupational safety procedures to job stability, especially for the study sample. The study population was represented by all employees of the Directorate of Civil Protection in the state of Ghardaia - Kindness Branch - by surveying their opinions to test the validity of hypotheses through the study questionnaire, which included a set of paragraphs that included the study axes, distributed to a random sample, and 60 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample. 56 questionnaires were retrieved Fit for study. Several appropriate statistical methods have been used using SPSS version 20, due to its suitability for such a study, and trying to obtain as accurate results as possible and using the following statistical methods: Normal distribution test (Colmgrove-Smirnov 1-sample K-S test), coefficient Cronbach's alpha and normal distribution, frequencies and percentages, Arithmetic means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression, One Way Anova test, hypotheses were tested at the level of significance 0.05. A number of results have been reached, the most important of which are:  There is a strong direct relationship with statistical significance between occupational safety procedures and job stability in the Directorate of Civil Protection - Kindness Branch - State of Gardaia  There is a significant impact on the extent of the directorate management's commitment to applying occupational health and safety procedures on job stability.  There is a significant effect of the extent of the directorate's commitment to providing means of occupational safety and health on job stability.  There is a significant effect of training workers on occupational health and safety procedures on job stability.  There are no differences between the average answers of the sample members about the application of occupational safety procedures and the level of job stability in the Directorate of Civil Protection - Kindness Branch - of the state of Gardaia due to the job level variable.  There are no differences between the average answers of the sample members about the application of occupational safety procedures and the level of job stability in the Directorate of Civil Protection - Kindness Branch - of the state of Gardaia due to the variable of professional experience
