تطبيقات الحكومة الذكية في مجال الرعاية الصحية

Abstract

تسعى الدراسة الى الوصول إلى مجموعة من الأهداف ومن جملتها تحديد ماهية جودة الخدمة العمومية الذكية مع التعريج على مفهوم وأدوات الحكومة الذكية. و إبراز مقومات تكنولوجيا الحكومة الذكية. وايضا وصف تجربة الحكومة الذكية بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية في الجزائر، وتحديدا تلك المقدمة على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بدائرة متليلي الشعانبة، وإبراز مدى تحسن تقديم الرعاية الصحية والخدمة العمومية بها بعد استخدام أدواتها، وهذا من خلال توضيح تطبيقها على مستوى المواقع الإلكترونية. وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي: لبيان ماهية جودة الخدمة في الحكومات الذكية من والمنهج الوصفي: الذي اعتمدناه لوصف الحكومة الذكية مع سرد ووصف نموذج الحكومة الذكية داخل المؤسسات الاستشفائية ودورها في تحسين الرعاية الصحية وباستخدام الاستبيان ومن خلال الاجابات توصلنا الى ان عينة الدراسة وافقت على عبارات تطبيق الحكومة الذكية، مما يدعون بالقول ان المستشفى تمتاز بتطبيق الحكومة الذكية أي أنه بوجود بعد الخدمة الذكية في مستشفى متليلي كأحد ابعاد تطبيقات الحكومة الذكية The study seeks to reach a set of objectives, among which are defining what the quality of the smart public service is, with an introduction to the concept and tools of smart government. And highlight the components of smart government technology. And also describing the experience of the smart government in hospital institutions in Algeria, specifically those provided at the level of the public hospital institution in the Metlili Chaanba district, and highlighting the extent to which health care provision and public service have improved after using its tools, by clarifying its application at the level of websites. And that is based on the inductive approach: to show what the quality of service in smart governments is, and the descriptive approach: which we adopted to describe the smart government with the narration and description of the smart government model within hospital institutions and its role in improving health care.
