Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان واقع الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية خلال أزمة جائحة كورونا، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لإستعراض مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وفي الدراسة التطبيقية إعتمدنا على تحليل البيانات، حيث كانت عينة الدراسة الصندوق الوطني للتوفير والإحتياط وكالة غرداية التي من خلالها يتم تعرف على الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدمها مؤسسة CNEP Banque، توصلت الدراسة إلىأن جائحة كورونا ساهمت في تطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية للبنك من خلال الطلب المتزايد على خدماته الإلكترونية، وكان لها أثرا إيجابيا على قطاع الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية، وكانت الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة الملاحظة، جمع الوثائق، المقابلة مع مدير CNEP وكالة غرداية ونائب المدير والموظف المشرف على الخدمات البنكية على مستوى الوكالة.

Abstract: The study aims to show the reality of electronic banking services during the Corona pandemic crisis, as the descriptive approach was relied on to review the various concepts related to electronic banking services in light of the Corona pandemic, and in the applied study we relied on data analysis, as the study sample was the National Fund for Savings and Reserves, Ghardaia Agency, which Through it, the electronic services provided by CNEP Banque are acquainted. The study concluded that the Corona pandemic contributed to the development of the electronic services of the bank through the increasing demand for its electronic services, and it had a positive impact on the electronic banking services sector, and the tools used in the study were observed, Document collection, interview with the director of CNEP, the agency of Ghardaia, the deputy director and the employee supervising banking services at the agency level.
