الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالطهارة في قراءة القرآن

Abstract

تناولت في بحثي هذا الذي هو بعنوان ((الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالطهارة في قراءة القرآن)) أهمية هذا الموضوع وحاجة المسلم له في حياته، وقد تطرقت إلى الكثير من المسائل المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع وسردتها. وذكرت أقوال الفقهاء في المسائل التي تطرقت لها والخلاف فيها، وذكرت أدلة هذه الأقوال، مع العلم أني قسمت موضوعي هذا إلى فصلين، وكل فصل له مباحث، وبعض المباحث لها مطالب. الفصل الأول فيه أحكام التطهر لقراءة القرآن، وفيه قراءة القرآن في الحمام والخلاء ومكان قضاء الحاجة والدخول بالمصحف لهذه الأماكن. وأما الفصل الثاني ففيه أحكام التطهر لمس المصحف، وذكرت فيه جملة من أحكام المصحف ومس ما يشتمل على بعض آيات من القرآن. وختمت بحثي هذا بخاتمة فيها أهم ما توصلت له من نتائج لهذا البحث وأهم التوصيات. In my research, which is entitled Jurisprudential Rulings Related to Purity in Reading the Qur’an, I discussed in it the importance of this topic and the Muslim’s need for it in his life. I touched on many of the issues related to this topic and listed them. I mentioned the sayings of the jurists on the issues I addressed and the disagreement therein, and I mentioned the evidence for this. Sayings: Knowing that I divided this topic into two chapters, each chapter has topics, and some topics have demands The first chapter contains the rulings on purification for reciting the Qur’an, and it includes reciting the Qur’an in the bathroom, toilet, and place of relieving oneself, and entering the Qur’an for them As for the second chapter, it contains the rulings on purification when touching the Qur’an. A number of the rulings on the Qur’an and touching what contains some verses from the Qur’an are mentioned in it I concluded my research with a conclusion that included the most important rulings and results of this research, as well as the most important recommendations that I reached
