dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to study the ability of strategic vigilance in controlling crisis management in the National Insurance Company. To achieve the objectives of this study, we conducted a field study in the company's general directorate to diagnose the reality of strategic vigilance and crisis management by adopting a hybrid model (quantitative, qualitative), and using questionnaire and interview tools to collect data. In this context, 71 questionnaires were distributed to a purposive sample, of which 56 questionnaires remained for study. After analysis and processing using SPSS v23, the quantitative study concluded that there is an impact of strategic vigilance in its dimensions (competitive, technological, commercial, environmental) on crisis management. The qualitative study concluded that the company's internal position is strong and able to respond to internal and external environmental variables, while adapting its current competitive strategy to the environmental situationEN_en
