دور التعليم المحاسبي في تحقيق جودة مهنة المحاسبة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع وتحديات التعليم المحاسبي ومدى مساهمته في تحسين جودة مهنة المحاسبة في ظل متطلبات البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية، حيث تم اعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع إجراء دراسة الاستطلاعية من خلال اجراء مقابلة مع عينة من هيئة التدريس بكلية الاقتصاد بجامعة الجزائرية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك دور كبير في تطبيق معايير التعليم المحاسبي في تحسن جودة مهنة المحاسبة بما يتوافق مع البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية. مع وجود فجوة بين الجوانب الاكاديمية والمهنية للممارسي مهنة المحاسبة وقصور في تطبيق معايير التعليم المحاسبي في بيئة المحاسبة الجزائرية This study aims to identify the reality and challenges of accounting education and the extent of its contribution to improving the quality of the accounting profession in light of the requirements of the Algerian accounting environment.It relied on the descriptive analytical approach while conducting an exploratory study by conducting an interview with a sample of faculty members at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Algeria. The study concluded that there is a major role in applying accounting education standards in improving the quality of the accounting profession in accordance with the Algerian accounting environment. With a gap between the academic and professional aspects of accounting practitioners and a deficiency in applying accounting education standards in the Algerian accounting environment.
