تقييم فعـالية السياسة النقدية في استهداف التضخم في الجزائر (دراسة قياسية 1980-2023)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى فعالية السياسة النقدية في استهداف ظاهرة التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 1980 إلى غاية 2023 ، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ardl، بهدف تحديد العلاقات القصيرة والطويلة الأجل بين كل من معدل الفائدة، معدل إعادة الخصم والمعروض النقدي بمفهومه الواسع وبين معدل التضخم في الجزائر. وقد تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود أثر لمعدل نمو المعروض النقدي بالمفهوم الواسع على معدل التضخم خلال الأجلين الطويل والقصير، في حين تبين وجود تأثير سلبي ومعنوي لمعدل الفائدة على معدل التضخم في الأجلين الطويل والقصير، ووجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لمعدل إعادة الخصم على معدل التضخم في الأجلين الطويل والقصير. مما يعكس فعالية أداة معدل The study aims to assess the effectiveness of monetary policy in targeting the phenomenon of inflation in Algeria during the period from 1980 to 2023, using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to determine both the short-term and long-term relationships between the interest rate, the rediscount rate, and the broad money supply, and the inflation rate in Algeria. The findings indicate that there is no effect of the growth rate of the broad money supply on the inflation rate in both the short and long term. However, there is a significant negative impact of the interest rate on the inflation rate in both the short and long term, and a significant positive impact of the rediscount rate on the inflation rate in both the short and long term.
