Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الإدارية في تحسين مستوى الرضا الوظيفي داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسةحالة المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيبALFA PIPEبغرداية.وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع وتحليل البيانات، باستخدام أدوات كمية ونوعية، من بينها الاستبيان الموجه إلى عينة من موظفي المؤسسة شملت 80 فرد . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نمط القيادة المتبع داخل المؤسسة له تأثير كبير على الرضا الوظيفي، حيث تبين أن أساليب القيادة التشاركية والتحفيزية تسهم بفعالية في رفع مستويات الرضا بين العاملين، مما ينعكس إيجابًا على الأداء العام للمؤسسة. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز ممارسات القيادة الإدارية الحديثة وتطوير مهارات القادة الإداريين بما يتماشى مع متطلبات بيئة العمل المعاصرة. This study aimed to explore the role of administrative leadership in improving job satisfaction within economic institutions, through a case study of the Algerian Company for Pipe Manufacturing ALFA PIPEin Ghardaia. The descriptive and analytical method was adopted to collect and analyze data, using both quantitative and qualitative tools, including a questionnaire directed at a sample of the company's 80employees. The study found that the leadership style adopted within the company significantly influences job satisfaction. It was revealed that participative and motivational leadership approaches effectively contribute to raising employees’ satisfaction levels, which positively impacts the overall performance of the organization. The study also recommended enhancing modern administrative leadership practices and developing the skills of administrative leaders in line with the requirements of the contemporary work environment
