Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى متابعة اكتتاب أسهم بنك التنمية المحلية (BDL) في بورصة الجزائر الذي بلغ إجمالي أصول البنك بنهاية 2023 حوالي 1,080 مليار دج، مع أرباح صافية تجاوزت 17 مليار دج ، مما أهله لأول عملية فتح رأسمال لبنك عمومي جزائري , شملت العملية إصدار 44.2 مليون سهم بسعر 1,400 دج للسهم، ما سمح بتجميع 61.88 مليار دج. تم توجيه 44.2 مليار دج لزيادة رأسمال البنك، والباقي كعلاوة إصدار. حظيت العملية بإقبال واسع، حيث استحوذ الأفراد الجزائريون على 79.2% من الأسهم. يهدف الاكتتاب إلى تعزيز الحوكمة، وجلب رؤوس أموال لدعم التنمية. تأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار سياسة الدولة لتحديث النظام المالي وتشجيع التمويل عبر البورصة.. يمكن للمستثمرين حالياً تداول أسهم البنك في السوق الثانوية. الاكتتاب The Local Development Bank (BDL) was officially listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange on March 13, 2025, marking the first capital opening of a public Algerian bank. The operation involved the issuance of 44.2 million shares at a price of 1,400 DZD per share, raising a total of 61.88 billion DZD. Of this amount, 44.2 billion DZD was allocated to capital increase, with the remainder as a share premium. The listing attracted strong interest, particularly from Algerian individuals who acquired 79.2% of the shares. The objective of the listing is to enhance governance and attract funds to support economic development. This move is part of the national strategy to modernize the financial system. By the end of 2023, BDL's total assets amounted to 1,080 billion DZD, with net profits exceeding 17 billion DZD. The bank’s shares are now tradable on the secondary market.
