Abstract

في ظل التحول الرقمي المتسارع للنشاط الاقتصادي وتزايد حدة المنافسة،برزت أهمية استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في البنوك الجزائرية من اجل عصرنة القطاع المصرفي وتعزيز قدرته التنافسية. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق وتنمية قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية في البنوك الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال التطرق الى اهم المفاهيم والاستخدامات المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا المالية والبنوك بصفة عامة وتحليل مدى إمكانية تفعيل هذه متطلبات التقنية المالية في المصارف الجزائرية لتساهم في عملية تطوير هذا الأخير. توصلتالدراسة الىأن البنوك الجزائرية باتت تدرك أهمية تطوير بنيتها التحتية الرقمية لمواكبة التحول الرقمي، وقد شرعت فعيا في تبني عدد من الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية، مما يعكس وعيها بأهمية التحول نحو نموذج مصرفي حديث Amidst the rapid digital transformation of economic activity and increasing competition, the significance of using modern technology in Algerian banks has emerged to modernize the banking sector and enhance its competitiveness. This study aims to identify the requirements for implementing and developing the financial technology sector in Algerian banks. This will be achieved by addressing the most important concepts and applications related to financial technology and banks in general and analyzing the extent to which these financial technology requirements can be activated in Algerian banks to contribute to the development process. The study concluded that Algerian banks have come to realize the importance of developing their digital infrastructure to keep pace with the digital transformation. They have effectively begun to adopt a number of digital banking services, reflecting their awareness of the importance of the shift towards a modern banking model
